Terms and conditions

Last updated: August 22, 2026. By creating an account or using Tabblify, you accept these terms and linked policies.

1. Service

Tabblify provides a web platform for menus, tables, QR codes, orders, payments, staff, metrics, and operations settings. Some capabilities depend on plan, country, payment provider, and venue configuration.

2. Accounts and authorization

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use your assigned role. Venue owners are responsible for authorizing staff and removing access when it is no longer required.

3. Venue obligations

The venue is responsible for its products, prices, taxes, availability, preparation, delivery, customer service, food-safety compliance, invoicing, and payments collected outside Stripe. It must also inform customers about allergens, commercial terms, and data processing where required.

4. Orders and payments

Tabblify facilitates order communication between diners and venues. Online payments are processed by Stripe for the venue’s connected account. Tabblify is not the seller of venue food or services and does not hold venue funds.

5. Plans and fees

The no-subscription plan supports prepaid orders and charges the published per-order fee. The monthly plan adds a recurring per-venue fee and enables pay-at-end orders. Stripe fees are separate. Current prices are shown during onboarding and in subscription management.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, attempt to bypass controls, disrupt operations, access another party’s data, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, or use the platform in a way that harms third parties.

7. Intellectual property

Tabblify’s brand elements, software, and documentation belong to their respective owners. Venues retain rights to uploaded content and grant Tabblify the authorization required to store and display it while providing the service.

8. External providers

The service uses external providers including AWS, Stripe, Google, Meta, and email services. Their features may be subject to their own terms, availability, and verification processes.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and secure, but maintenance, internet failures, and third-party outages can occur. To the extent permitted by law, Tabblify is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or obligations belonging to the venue.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access for violations, security risks, fraud, nonpayment, or legal requirements. Owners can stop using the no-subscription plan or manage monthly subscriptions under the conditions shown in the billing portal.

11. Applicable law and changes

Mandatory user rights and applicable rules where the service is contracted or operated are not excluded by these terms. We may update this document and will publish the effective version date.

12. Contact
